19 December 2025: GSC Establishes New MOU

Throughout 2025, the Gambling Supervision Commission (GSC) has enhanced its ability to share information with law enforcement and other regulators, both domestically and internationally, through new legislation—the Gambling Permitted Disclosures Order 2025—and strengthened Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs).

The GSC engages regularly with a wide range of international counterparts and stakeholders, both bilaterally and in multilateral forums, to:

  • Enhance cooperation;
  • Share best practice;
  • Discuss issues of common interest; and
  • Shape and influence cross-border regulatory issues.

The GSC has established MOUs with various international gambling regulators and sports regulatory bodies. The GSC's newest MOU is with Spillemyndigheden, the Danish Gambling Regulator.

Formalising cooperation through Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with foreign counterparts strengthens cross-border intelligence sharing, helping to combat crime on an international scale.
