29 October 2025: GSC Releases Guidance for Network Services Permission Holders

The Gambling Supervision Commission (GSC) has released a guidance document for Online Gambling Licence Holders with Network Services Permissions. The Guidance has been produced following requests for more in-depth guidance from Operators and joins a suite of existing Anti-money laundering/countering the financing of terrorism/countering proliferation financing (AML/CFT/CPF) guidance for GSC Licence holders, which is available on the GSC website.
