Submitting a Complaint

If you have an issue with one of our licensed cannabis or hemp businesses, please complete the complaint form in full. Providing all requested information helps the GSC assess the matter and respond efficiently.

Before submitting a complaint, you must confirm that the company involved holds a current licence issued by the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission (GSC). To verify whether an operator is licensed, please contact the team at canna@gov.im.

Completing this form is necessary for the GSC to review your concern regarding a GSC‑licensed cannabis or hemp business. All fields must be completed before submission so we can gather the details required to investigate and address the issue in a timely and thorough manner.
