If you're looking to apply for an online gambling licence, this page provides all the essential information—from the types of licences available to guidance documents that will help you navigate the application process.
To apply for authorisation to conduct online gambling activities, you must submit the completed application form, vetting forms, all required supporting documentation, and the application fee to the Inspectorate.
Once your application has been accepted, the Inspectorate may request a meeting with the Designated Officials and the Operations Manager (if appointed) to discuss the proposed business model and gain insight into the key individuals involved.
Provided there are no delays in the process, a formal hearing will be scheduled following acceptance of the application. You will be notified of the outcome shortly after the hearing.
If you have any questions about the application process, please contact us by email at GSCApplications@gov.im or by phone at +44 1624 694331.
