Online Gambling Quarterly Returns 

As part of their licence conditions, licence holders are required to submit quarterly returns containing information on:

  • Notifications
  • Player Fund Protection
  • Funding
  • Employment
  • Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs)
  • Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account

In addition, all licence holders—excluding those licensed solely for Software or Token-Based Software supply—must also submit the AML/CFT Quarterly Return.

Returns must be submitted on or before the 21st of the month following the end of each quarter, as outlined below:

The declaration at the end of each return must be signed by a senior staff member with financial responsibility—such as the Chief Financial Officer—as well as by a Director or Designated Official.

The GSC expects all signatories to make reasonable enquiries to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information provided in the return.

 

Once completed, regulatory returns should be submitted via email to: GSCGeneralSupervision@gov.im

A hard copy is not required.
